Needing money as soon as possible, I went to the local labor pool and there were no jobs for today. None. Zilch. Nda. Nein.
This means that about the twenty people who did showed up (including me), didn't get to work. One guy I talk to said that even commercial construction has been slowing down and has been for some time. I got the imperssion that construction has slow down in the last five months. At least I am not the only one in Florida who has notice the lack of so-called "Shovel Ready" jobs. I am going to try again tomorrow, but I am not very optimistic. Well, see ya' later!
