I think you should watch this entire video. This is not just some minute and a half sound-bite. Rudy goes into great detail on how he will fight for tax cuts for you and how to make America competitive again. I love it that Rudy makes promise to fight for change and not just promise changes that he cannot keep.
The Democrats plan? They would tax the hell out businesses and if business/investment leaves America, then how is the governement going to collect any taxes? We cannot just tax the hell out of businesses and think they are just going to take it. Businesses are out there to make a profit. If they can't make a profit, they either die or move where they can make a profit. Sure it might sound fun to tax a big corporation, but you cannot collect taxes from them if they move to another country or go out of business.
Let's look at it from a consumer perspective and something you can relate to personally. Your child has been asking for a wooden toy horse for months now. There are two wooden toy horses in the toy store from which you can choose. They are both the same size/shape and they both rock like a rocking chair. However one is painted with all kinds of color and all kinds of unnecessary junk on it like glitter, and it is retailed at $5.99 each. The second wooden toy horse just has a gloss finish and it is retailed at $1.99 each. Now answer me honestly:
Which one would you buy? Which one do you think will sell more? I'll tell you right now that I'll buy the $1.99 wooden horse toy. More people will also buy the cheaper toy and it's makers will eventually make more money.
Businesses are also looking for the best deal. If a country has lower taxes, then there will more businesses there to pay more taxes. They will in turn hire people, invest in better equipment, and have the money to innovate.
On a more personal note, I will be seeing my sister this weekend. She turns 25 today. I remember when she was a little runt of a kid. Now she is a US Navy Officer and married to a successful pilot/future WWE Wrestler. Anyway, I will post images and on Sunday!
Well, see ya' later!
